The Third Annual Galway Garden Festival takes place in the grounds of the Claregalway castle 14th and 15th July 11 am–6pm
‘Glorious Gardens’ is the theme of this year’s festival.
Specialist Nurseries from all over Ireland will attend and provide an opportunity to purchase rare and unusual plants at reasonable prices.
Garden furniture, Pots, Tools, Ornaments, botanical art, sculpture & garden advice from experienced gardeners will be available.
The excellent line-up of speakers this year includes Helen Dillon, Diarmuid Gavin, Joy Larkcom, Dr. Matthew Jebb, Erwan Tymen & Tom Moggach
Delicious Artisan Food, freshly cooked available all day, each day with Live Music, Food stalls,, childrens’ entertainment, a specialist bookshop and much more……
A free Courtesy Bus will be available hourly from Galway city centre Rail Station to the Festival from 10.30 am each day.
Music provided by The Summer Music Opera Ensemble, The West Coast Jazz Band, St. Patrick’s Brass Band, The Army Band of Western Command, The Baytone Acapello Group and more.
